The Delta Wolf Series 9” pitmaster knife is a uniquely Dalstrong design inspired by our loyal barbecue following. The long, curved blade is razor-sharp with a straight section for push cuts and curved tip for rock-chop capabilities. Divots along the blade prevent friction so each slice falls away, and the forked tip can pin, flip, and transfer cuts around the grill. Use the bottle opener on the spine to make sure you never go thirsty while manning the grill.

The onyx-black, titanium nitride coating reduces friction and preserves the steel against corrosion, making it sleeker and more durable. The groove near the spine of the knife lightens the blade and enhances agility, so you can keep chopping and carving with speed. To complete the package, the camouflage G10 handle adds both rugged style and stability. Triple-riveted with a triangular, multi-purpose loop on the pommel, you can display the knife magnificently on a kitchen peg or hook. Included leather sheath with snap closure protects your blade on the go.
